Question: my blood pressure was 243/226 pulse 36 5 minutes ago. my lower jaw, arm and front part of neck on left has a burning kind of pain. my chest feels heavy and I have to take deep breaths to breath. I have a bad headache. earlier it was 247/229 pulse 82 and irregular. pain and swelling in right leg

Your BP is very high and your pulse is very low that need to be treated urgently. Since you have dyspnea, chest and neck pain you should call 911 to go immediately to ER to start antihypertensive treatment and to exclude other life threatening situation (including pulmonary edema, heart attack and stroke).
