Suggest Treatment For Herpes Simplex Infection

Question: I had sex with 2 girls this weekend. So....4 days ago. Both claim to be STD free. I used condoms almost the whole time. I did it unprotected for about a minute, but lightly. This morning I shaved myself in the private area. I noticed verrrry slight itching and then a small bump a few hours later. I'm assuming it's just razor burn or an ingrown hair, but slightly worried it could be herpes. I don't feel sick or anything though, I'm just trying to be cautious. What do you think?

Though your conclusion is probably right, I agree that there is some risk of herpes. It is estimated that about 25% of the sexually active population have herpes simplex in them. If you can upload a picture , I can comment on it.
There is nothing to worry. Even if it is herpes, it is treatable and is not a dangerous infection like HIV or Hepatitis B or C.

Honestly it would be hard to take a picture. It's barely even noticeable unless you look in a certain light, and it's sort of just a bump. It's not really defined by any sort of zit-like or herpes-like features, but I can feel it. I've also put abreva on it. I've never had an cold sore of herpes lesion before, but I've been using abreva as a preventative measure just in case.

Hey.....so this weekend, today actually, I'm likely to get intimate and have sex with a girl, unprotected, though we use other precautions against pregnancy. Based on what I've told you, and your responses, I'm assuming it's unlikely that I've contracted a transferable STD. I don't want to spread anything. Since I haven't had any real symptoms (though I've been paranoid), I was thinking that neither me nor her have anything to worry about. Would you say that's likely to be true?

Hey....thank you for helping me and giving advice. I've been googling symptoms of possible std's and whatnot. I've read that Chlamydia is common and hard to spot. In my recent experiences, I used a condom almost all the time for intercourse, but i did receive unprotected oral. I haven't really shown any symptoms, and I've read that the chances of contracting is pretty low for a 1 time encounter. But again, based on what I've told you, do you think I probably don't have that? I feel like i probably wouldn't, but thought I'd ask.

You probably don't have herpes or chlamydia.

Detailed Answer:
I don't think you have herpes as no vesicles have appeared.
Chlamydia produces an infection and inflammation of the urethra similar to gonorrhea. It does not produce papules or vesicles on the skin.
Though statistically the chance of infection in a single encounter is low, if you are susceptible and the infecting agent is virulent, one exposure is sufficient.
So it is better to take precaution and not leave it to chance.
