Brief Answer:
Some possible diagnoses

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems can be many things. Here are some possible diagnoses:
- It can be low blood pressure which gives a low supply of blood in the brain and causes the lightheadness. So, I would recommend to measure your blood pressure and make sure that it isn't much low below 120/80.
- It can be transitory ischemic attacks. This means that if it starts happening more often, you may need to consider doing a visit to a neurologist and do further tests.
- It can be a problem in the inner eat, expecially if it is accompanied by dizziness.

My main recommendation is that if it get repeated more often you should do a general check up to check things like blood pressure, fasting sugar, kidney function, neurological status, ect.

Hope this makes sense and helps to clarify you.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
