Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you have done the Fourth-generation HIV test after 7 months of possible exposure to HIV infection and the result was negative ,then you are not infected.
The result is conclusive and very accurate because this test can detect both p24 antigen and antibodies to HIV.The sensitivity of this test is 100 %.
Most of infected individuals will test positive before 3 months .Another test is repeated after 6 months of exposure just to be 100 % sure of the result.

In your case It is 100 % sure that you are HIV negative and don't need to do any other test.

Your symptoms are not related with HIV infection.
Your symptoms of headache ,weight loss ,itchy hives might be related with stress and anxiety that you are experiencing now.
If your symptoms persist you may need to consult a physician and get examined to figure out the cause.
One thing is sure that HIV is not the cause.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!

I have been experiencing terrible symptoms. For 7 months which started 2 weeks after an unprotected encounter. Rash muscle aches sore throat fatigue white tongue with tongue lesions swollen lymph everywhere flu like symptoms weight lost sinus allergy gerds almost all ars. I took a test 6 weeks 10 weeks 12 weeks 17 weeks all hiv 1/o/2 antibody and then took a 21 week and 29 week hiv ag/ab 4th generation. All negative. I took a full std panel at 21 weeks all negative. If its not hiv what else could mimic it so closely. All my doctors are clueless and infectious mono has also been ruled out

Brief Answer:
Many other infection can mimic HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

In all this situation ,one thing is crystal clear that your symptoms are not due to HIV.
HIV infection has been excluded.
There are many other infections that can mimic HIV infection including:
-Viral infections caused by Influenza virus
-Ebstein-Barr virus infection
-Acute viral hepatitis
-Rubella
-Hematological disorders .You should run a complete blood count as a start.

We should take in consideration that there might be two or more conditions unrelated to each other causing these symptoms.
I can't tell for sure what is causing your symptoms.
You have to know that anxiety and stress can really cause such symptoms.
The best thing you can do is to consult an Infectious disease specialist that might give an accurate opinion about what is going on.

I sincerely hope it was of help.
Take care!
