Question: HI, Had blood tests, over the past 2 years, always feeling unwell, I think I'm going through the menopause. All the symptoms all the time: Headaches, severe stomach pains, temperature, fever, sore throats, body aches, concentration very low, feeling low etc

YOu are concerns that you maybe going through menopause. You are having increased amount of headaches stomach cramps and Hot Flashes. I would definitely say that you are starting to go through menopause. WIth lower hormone levels your body is going to feel much different and have the fever of hot flashes more often along with fatigue and just not feeling well. If your symptoms continue to cause problems you can see your medical provider and there are non-hormonal treatments that will reduce your discomforts.

Your next step is to see your medical provider. They will run labs and do a physical exam. If they agree with my diagnosis they may start you on effexor or cymbalta or paxil. These medications are used to help reduce the hot flashes.
