Question: well I have been under the weather for over a month but in the few days doing worse.... I have a red throat/ not sore but red & swollen, difficult to breathe, difficult to eat, I actually don't even want food anymore in the last three days, I have horrible pain in my chest like there is weight being placed on it making it hard to breathe & today I woke up at 1:00 pm which I normally wake up everyday at 6:30 am .... once I woke up I have been unable to truly have energy, like all I want to do is literally sleep & out of nowhere I have no headache but a huge sensitivity to light, like it is far too bright, I can't handle it.... I have no idea what this could be but I am so exhausted that I can't even drive... I also have very sore & swollen lymphnodes in my neck on both sides & a fever of 100.1 degrees

Brief Answer:
You need a good broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline,

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,

You have headache, difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, pain in chest and light sensitivity, low grade fever and swollen lymph glands.

I think I would advise the following---

You need a good broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline, plus anti inflammatory drug to bring down swelling in throat and lymph nodes.

You also need a double dose of antacids--liquid plus capsule (Omeprazole/Pantoprazole)

You need a cough expectorant containing Guaphenesin/ Bromhexine.

A good B complex liquid tonic.

Consult your doctor regarding this. I there is no improvement, you will need further tests to rule out other causes.

You can revert back. Regards

I actually do not have a headache, which surprised me because of the extreme sensitivity to light, I even covered my light bulb with a t-shirt bcuz it is so horrible.... I am wondering why my throat would be bright red without pain, I only experience pain with swallowing food or water, even made me choke early today.... what could be causing these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
I would put it down to acidity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I would put it down to acidity.

Acid reflux can cause redness in throat and difficulty/ pai on swallowing.

Light sensitivity/blurred vision and seeing stars can all be without headache in acidity.

I suggested antibiotic because you had fever.
