Suggest Treatment For Headache And Intermittent Fever
Question: sir,
from last 2,3 days I having headache then suddenly yesterday evening I got fever without chill then I take crocin and go to work .After crocin fever becomes normal but yesterday night i feel chill then again fever came then I took zerodol sp which reduce the fever till morning and after that today morning after breakfast I took one more tablet it give swetting and reduce the fever but in evening again I feel fever but it again in one hour it automaticall comes down without taking any medicine shall I continue this tablet or I need to change them .Kindly advice

sir thanks for replying. I miss certain things I have headache, body pain, muscular pain and pain in throat also along with mild cold.After taking zerodol sp I feel little acidy also.

Zerodol sp contains aceclofenac (pain killer) along with paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. Painkillers usually cause acidity and should be taken along with an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day. You should take only paracetamol till your investigation reports are evaluated.
If throat pain persists, get a throat swab culture done.

sir I sending the cbc and urine routine report today evening but after stopping the zerodol sp I feel pain in lower abdomen and pain in back which give discomfort in night sleeping.Requesting you to suggest an tablet for this.
