Brief Answer:
Might be Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have gone through your description and understand that you are suffering with severe headache along with and increases with cold.

The most common cause of headache along with cold is Sinusitis. But needs to be confirmed. This can be done by a physical examination by an ENT specialist and by a X ray of the Sinuses. If sinus infection is present treatment would systemic antibiotics along with mucolytics(mucous dissolving drugs).

If this problem is recurring and frequent which disrupts your daily routine, then your doctor might advise surgery to clear the sinuses.

So, see an ENT specialist for examination and further treatment.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
