Brief Answer:
Sleep, Diet and Stress Management are key.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic,

The first thing to remember is that hairloss is quite normal for men. As we age and our testosterone levels fall naturally, we tend to suffer from male pattern baldness. So you have to look at your fathers hairline and ask him what his hair was like at your age. If he was losing hair at around the same age, then there is not much you can do.

Now, apart from that, lets see what we can do to slow the rte of fall.

A lack of sleep tends to cause accelerated hairloss, its actually due to the fact that testosterone production happens mostly when you are in deep sleep. So if you are not getting enough sleep, that is the first thing to change. try and get at least 7-8 hours a night.

If you are stressed, your Cortisol hormone levels tend to increase which causes hairloss. Stress management, yoga, meditation etc are helpful here.

Lastly, Diet,

Follow the suggestions below:

1. Eat at least 3-4 different fruits per day. Every fruit is good but you can make a combination of sour with sweet fruits such as oranges, papaya and other of seasonal fruits.

2. Pulses are good source of proteins. So everyday have a small bowel full of mixed pulses. Add green leafy vegetables additionally in the pulses which contains lot of iron and vitamins in it.

3. Sprouts are the best source of fiber, minerals especially iron, vitamins and proteins too. So add it into the diet at-least on alternate days if you can not make it an every-day thing.

4. Over night soaked and peeled almonds will give you good vitamin E which is good for hair growth.

5. Milk and milk products should be included in every-day's schedule.
