Brief Answer:
Possibility of androgenetic alopecia Or telogen effluvium

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Hair fall in males is comonly due to either androgenetic alopecia Or telogen effluvium.

I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.

How long since you have started noticing hair fall?

Is there a family history of hair fall and early baldness in father, uncles, cousins etc?

Does your hair fall affect more the central regions (i.e front, mid and vertex) of your scalp and anterior hair line Or is it diffuse?

Can you upload a few Images, showing the degree and extent of hair fall? You may upload Images at "Reports Section"

Have you tried any medication for hair fall, as yet?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Minoxidil solution and finasteride tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you

Your blood repot is absolutely normal. Androgenetic alopecia is the predominant cause of hair fall in males.
I suggest you to use minoxidil 5%solution(Mintop forte solution), 1ml, twice daily, at scalp skin
In addition you may also take a tablet of finasteride 1mg(finax 1mg) daily.
