I have an issue with dandruff and hair fall. tried many things but all in vain. please suggest, thanks in advance..

Hair fall is common problem and there are many reason which influence the hair fall.
I can suggest you some medicine for dandruff but for hair fall the time for treatment may be vary upon case to case.
You can start with
Arnica 30 6 pills twice in day
Graphites 30 6 pills twice in day
Jaborandi Hair oil
Take the medicine for 1 month

Avoid Soap
use medicated shampoo or soap for hair washing

hi, I am still using provided medicines, but still have same problem may be intensity of odor has gone done but not fully problem gone away.
