Question: A friend of mine recently colored her hair and is now experiencing some sort of severe allergic reaction on her forehead and scalp. Is this a reason for concern?

I read your question and i understand your concern. No it is not a matter of concern however avoiding that hair XXXXXXX in future would be wise as your friend seems to be hypersensitive to the ingredients of that XXXXXXX

Just apply topical hydrocortisone and take some antihistamines for the relief. Seek a dermatologist if the problem persists.
