Brief Answer:
needs evaluation as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

This lump above your collarbone might be a swollen lymph node. The neck area contains a large number of lymph nodes that can get swollen for many possible causes and remain like this for several weeks.Infection on arms ( even a small wound ) or everywhere in upper part of body can cause swollen lymph nodes there.

The localization of a painless lump ,above left collarbone ,sometimes is related to serious causes including Hodgkin's disease ,lymphoma etc .For this reason this finding always requires a detailed evaluation.
If it was something serious you also would experience other symptoms including weight loss, night sweats ,low grade fever, fatigue and weakness, recurrent infections.
So,I am try to say that it might be just a benign swollen lymph node but the fact that it has increased in size indicates that you need evaluation to exclude serious causes.
You should consult a physician right away and get examined. You may need to run some tests like:
-Complete blood count
-Chest X-ray
-If needed a biopsy of the swollen lump that would definitely determine the nature of the lump.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
