Brief Answer:
Needs to be clinicaly examined .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have lump in shaft of the penis which is gradually increasing in size.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does the lump freely movable under the skin ?
2) Is there white spot at the topt of lump?
3) Is it hard or can be squeezed between fingers.?

Mostly it could be a Sebaceous Cyst or a calcified plaque.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis..

If turns out to be sebaceous cyst it may need to get excised under local anaesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to write if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards .
Dr.Patil.
