Brief Answer:
Use a moderately potent topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

Although there is no uniform effective treatment for granuloma annulare however, there have been reports that have pointed out a role for topical steroids in this condition. Therefore I suggest you to try a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g triamcinolone acetonide cream 0.1%, twice daily for a few weeks.

Regards
