I do not have any photos at this time--it is more like a large welt that is raised on the skin--appeared under upper arm and a smaller one on the stomach. Welt is itchy at onset, but does not continue. Gout medicine is 100ml once a day, Allopuninol. Not been tested for diabetes, but do not have classic symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
You should apply calamine lotion on the rashes and you can take anti allergic medicines like fexofenadine or levocetirizine for itching.

In my opinion you should go for further investigations like CBC (complete blood count), AEC (absolute eosinophil count), blood sugar fasting and post prandial.

Hope this answers your question
