Brief Answer:
Removal via electrocautery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
From review of your clinical picture its clear that you are having genital warts. Genital warts are a type of skin infection caused by Human Papiloma virus. It is contracted mostly by sexual route and thus the site is mostly aroung genitals.
I recommend you to get it treated as early as possible to prevent further spread as these warts are highly contagious. The best treatment would be complete removal of warts with an electrocautery( kind of a machine) by a certified dermatologist. Also I would recommend you certain tests like VDRL and HIV Antibody test to rule out any associated sexaully transmitted infections. Also I would insist upon complete examination of your partner and treat her if any focus of infection found.
Meanwhile, while the lesions are active try to abstain from any form of intercourse.
One key thing which you must understand is that warts are highly recurrent in nature and thus its important you get them treated as early as possible to limit the spread to other parts of your body and to your partner too.
Hope the information was useful.
Let me know if you require any assistance from my side.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Warts are contagious and are contracted via direct contact. Though sexual exposure is a common route for contracting genital warts but it can also spread by direct physical contact from other areas of body.
So its very difficult to find how and who got infected first because these warts can also be contracted from any procedures like haircut, threading etc in salons, spas.
But the important thing is proper and prompt treatment. So dont worry and just get it removed at the earliest from a certified dermatologist.
Hope you got my point here.
Thanks
Dr Hardik Pitroda
