Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

You are having abdominal pain, low grade fever,
Your symptoms are indicative for gastrointestinal infection (parasitic or bacterial).Other condition that can cause similar symptoms are:
-Inflammatory bowel disease
-Internal hemorrhoids

A detailed medical history and physical examination are necessary to understand something more.
A stool test for ova & parasites is necessary.
-A complete blood count to to see for signs of an infection.
If an infections is excluded ,your doctor will order further investigations to sort out the cause.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
