Brief Answer:
normally if less than 10mm, monitor

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Gallbladder polyps are outgrowths from the gallbladder mucosal wall. They are 5 different types and the 3 most common of these are non cancerous.

These 3 are cholesterol polpys, adenomyomas and inflammatory polpys. These 3 account for 95% of gallbladder polyps.

More than likely , your polyps are in this group which means that they are non cancerous.
The fact that you are less than 50 also makes it likely they are not dangerous.
Cancer related polyps also tend , in many cases, to be single , not more than one.

In general, monitoring is suggested for polyps less than 10mm if there are no symptoms.
IF symptoms are present then surgery should be done.

Ultrasound is repeated every 6 to 12 months if they are no symptoms or if the risk of cancer is low and/or if they are less than 10mm.

If you are not comfortable with monitoring then you can ask your doctor whether surgery is an option at this time.

Most persons have no symptoms. If symptoms do occur they tend to vague pain , nausea, vomiting.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
