Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding fungal infection over nails.
Still for better understanding and management, I insist you to post good resolution clinical pictures with little elaborate history.
If the creams did not help then you should actually go for oral antifungal drugs after confirmation of diagnosis. This may go in for a three months as antifungals may take a long time to penetrate the tissues as the nail and clear the infection. Since these are prescription drugs you should see local physician's help.
