Question: My husband just started noticing small patches on his chest and arms and the middle of his back that are itchy but are not discolored in any way. These just started showing up in the past couple of months.

Based on the description it seems that he could be having a fungal infection. If that is the case, topical application of Candid (clotrimazole) lotion should help in its resolution.
