Brief Answer:
Probably scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi

One of your doctors (not sure if they are dermatologist/skin specialist) have treated you for fungal infection. He had put you on the best of anti fungal tablets and for pretty good time of 3 weeks. If you have diligently used them the fungus should have been controlled by now, instead it was otherwise. The other had given antibacterial.

Since you do not have respite it may be a good idea to review the diagnosis. Somehow I could think of scabies in your case with only the hand fingers and toes involved with itching and small vesicles. I would not mistake by giving you antiscabicidal drug directly.

I think it is worthy to see a specialist dermatologist and ask about scabies. With all the pain and suffering it is important to review back with a dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
Sugar post meal is uncontrolled

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If this is the first time that the post meal sugar is increased over 140mg/dl then it may not be significant. Al though anxiety and stress can cause these short rise. It is better to test for FBS and PPBS along with HbA1c after a month.

Hope this answers.
