Brief Answer:
Eczema, topical steroid and moisturising cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid cream like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire hand 2-3 times in a day.
Besides this avoid frequent washing of hands, use mild soap, avoid soaps, detergents and other chemicals on the hands and keep them moisturised.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Use clobetasol propionate cream for 2-3 weeks

Detailed Answer:
You can use clobetasol propionate cream for 2-3 weeks and then taper it off and stop it but continue moisturising cream for a long time so that the eczema doesn't recur.
