Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Above The Ankle

Question: Hello doctor, there two things..one is attach photo is part of leg just above ankle, the skin looks like a dead one and also itches, hence please with some medication. Second, the area around the groin is always moist and some fungal, please advise some good ointment to avoid infection and it.remains dry...thank you.
