Question: I've been suffering from frontal sinusitis for the past 3 years.

With such presentation, I would perform ENT examination to rule out the cause for chronic sinusitis, CT scan of Para nasal sinuses (deviated septum, polyp), blood tests (absolute eosinophilc count, IgE) for allergy (air conditioner). I will recommend you see a nearby ENT surgeon. He/she will know about the evaluation (investigations) of chronic sinusitis.
