Brief Answer:
The diagnosis of Interstitial Cystitis needs to be confirmed by Biopsy .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have frequency for urination and all the relevant tests are negative and Urologist on cystoscopic examination has diagnosed it to be Interstitial Cystitis.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have severe pain while passing urine ?
2) Was Biopsy of the Bladder taken while doing Cystoscopy.?
3) Do you have urgency for urination ?
4) What is your age?

Interstitial cystitis is more common in females and it always presents with severe pain while passing urine along with frequency for urination .

You can take bladder antispasmodics like Solifenacin along with urinary aantiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
You have Over Active Bladder Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

There is no report attached with your query .

You probably seem to have what is called as Over Active Syndrome (OAB) which is characterized by symptoms similar to UTI ,Interstitial Cystitis but there is no positive evidence of infection or inflammation on labortory findings .

Taking anti cholenergic drug like Darifenacin once daily or Solifenacin twice daily for 6-8 weeks will resolve the issue .

Thanks and Regards.
