Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
Please find my observations below.

No anemia and absolute counts are almost normal, platelets and ESR are normal.

3. Page 3 of 7 report
Urine routine tests are normal

4. Page 4 of 7 report
Glucose fasting and after food levels are normal
Cholesterols are borderline elevated.

5. Page 5 of 7 report
Kidney function tests and serum electrolytes are normal.

6. Page 6 of 7 report
Liver function tests almost normal

7. Page 7 of 7 report

8. ECG
Normal waves seen on ECG.

My suggestions considering your problem with frequent urination and borderline raised cholesterol
(i) Please get an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis including kidneys, urinary bladder, prostate, pre void and post urination urine volumes. However you do not have any signs of urinary infection as per above urine routine examination reports.

(ii) Consult a cardiologist and get an opinion on your borderline high cholesterol levels. You might have to modify diet to balance amounts of fat intake. A echocardiography might also be required as a part of heart check up if you have any chest discomfort, even if your ECG is normal.

(iii) If you are having difficulty and having to pass urine many times through the night then please drink less water at late night and pass urine completely once before going to bed.

(iv) Reduce any anxiety at office and home. Urinary symptoms can occur due to stress related anxiety.

(v) Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol intake.

(vi) Staying in air conditioned environment can also cause frequent urination.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
