Brief Answer:
it could be sciatica or OA of hip

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry about your concerns.

Your description of symptoms most likely fits into the diagnosis of Sciatica. Here the pain originates in hip and radiates to knee and the shin. For this, nerve supplements in the form of methylcobalamin would help. Hip and knee physiotherapy would also help you.

Another possibility is that it could be OsteoArthritis or OA of the hip joint. For this, an x-ray of the hip joint along with serum or blood calcium levels needs to be checked. If this is the cause, then calcium and bisphophonate drugs can be used.

It would be ideal for you to consult an orthopedic surgeon regarding the same.
