Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headaches And Blurred Speech

Question: Hi. My age is 35. And I tested my blood sugar level, 2 hours after the breakfast, and it was 88 mg/dl. I have been facing frequent headaches and blurred speech which increases my anxiety level. I am very conscious about my diet. Please tell me, how can I rectify this disorder.

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your blood sugars after food is on the lower side. Your frequent headache and anxiety may be related to that. You need additional investigations.

Please check the following: Fasting blood sugar, fasting insulin levels, HbA1c and hourly blood sugars for 4 hours after a meal. If your symptoms are related to low sugars, diet modifications or medications can relieve your symptoms.
