Brief Answer:
I would like to monitor the urinary frequency

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I would like to know
1)Whether the amount of urine passing each time is small or normal
2)Is there increase in fluid intake also

If he is passing small amount of urine with increased frequency there may be chances of urinary tract infection.
If he is passing large amount of urine each time and there is no increase in fluid intake he may get dehydrated. So in this condition I would suggest you to increase the amount of fluid intake.
There are few conditions in which both the intake of fluid and urine output increases like some kidney condition(renal tubular acidosis) or few other uncommon conditions for this age.
No medication or home remedy(apart from increased fluid intake) is needed right now as this may be just a transient finding.

As the history is very short(past one day only) I would like to observe him if the condition persists or resolves. If the same condition persists for next 24-48 hrs or he develops fever (suggestive of infection) get him evaluated by a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and any investigation if needed.

I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.
Regards

Brief Answer:
This can be due to cold environment

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up

This can be due to the low temperature just what happens in winter season. In colder environment the evaporative loss of water decreases and that may lead to increased frequency of urination.
The body takes time to adjust according to the surrounding temperature.
I would suggest you to keep the AC temperature around 27-28 celcius. The frequency should normalize within next 48 hours.Even passage of urine every hour is not problematic and I won't get overly worried if there are no associated abnormal symptoms.
If the increased frequency persists longer I would suggest you to get him evaluated by a Pediatrician to be on safer side.
