I am a diabetic. No hypertension. I am able to walk without any problem. I am only not able to lift my feet upwards at articulating from the ankle joint. I have full sensation in that place. This is the first time. I have severe hyperacidity. Ihave been passing frequent motion since last 48 hrs.

Brief Answer:
This condition is called foot drop

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I want to tell you that condition which you are describing is called foot drop. In this condition there is nerve compression and it causes inability to move ankle joint upward leading to difficulty in walking. This nerve compression can take place at three different places.
1.Brain
2.Spine
3.At knee joint
So I would suggest up to get a neurologist or orthopaeedic doctor's clinical examination. He can examine you and tell where is compression site.
Now if it is neuropraxia then it will improve by its own in short time, may be a week. Neuropraxia is temporary type of nerve compression. For this I would suggest you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal after discussing with your doctor. If it does not improve then you will need EMG testing.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
