Question: I have a small bullseye red ring with white raised center on left forearm. Been there four days. I have no other symptoms

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is folliculitis.
It is inflammatory disease of the hair follicle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin or mupirocin cream on this lesion twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve the lesion.
