Suggest Treatment For Folliculitis On Skin
Question: Hello,
I have the following question. Some time ago I noticed that isolated sores appear on my body from time to time. They do not have a certain location, i.e. can appear on any place of the body. There can be only one, two, XXXXXXX three sores at the same time. They stay for quite a long time and do not react on lotions with alcohol or creams with antibiotics. I've attached a couple of pictures. Could you help me to figure out what it is and what is the right treatment for it?

It is a persistent bacterial infection.

Thanks for the follow up query and photographs.
It looks like folliculitis.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
