Brief Answer:
Adequate rest and plenty of fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
I recommend the following.
1) Adequate rest and sleep.
2) Plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
3) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol or ibuprofen for pain relief.
Most of the time flu does not require any medications other than symptomatic.
If the symptoms persist or if it gets worse you may require antivirals. Consult your doctor for the same.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
