Question: I have been having clear anal leakage that smells fishy for about 2 years. I need to wear a anal leakage pad as it can be alot sometimes. If I do not shower or clean the area multiple times a day i get a burning red rash with bumps around my anus. I also have some light to moderate blood after a bowel movements but then stops after wiping and slight pain.

Brief Answer:
hi and welcome

Detailed Answer:
You need to see proctologist definitely. This is obviously some of suppurative perianal diseases. Most commonly this is seen in perianal and rectal fistulas, abscesses and suppurative hydradenitis. Sometimes underlying cause can be crohns disease. It can be managed conservatively with antibiotics, situ baths, ointments etc but occasionally only surgical therapy is efficient. Wish you good health. Regards
