I can understand your concern. You have been suffering a lot. The stroke occurred 3 years back. Usually recovery after stroke is maximum in first 18 months. Good physiotherapy can help in recovering upto 80%.

After watching your videos, I can say that you are still having fine movement incoordination, limping and weakness. As 3 years have passed, spontaneous recovery is out of question. You can opt for stem cell therapy (you were asking for it in your video). The stem cells can be provided by your relative or your friend (not related by blood to you). The stem cells are easily harvested from bone marrow, they appear to trigger no strong immune reaction in recipients even when they come from an unrelated donor. In fact, they may actively suppress the immune system.

But keep in mind that it is only 20-40% effective and recovery is not 100%. Stem cell therapy has a proven role in case of myocardial infarction, but in stroke it is still not widely accepted. Also it is very expensive.

You must continue with active and passive physiotherapy. For spasticity, you can take Baclofen along with lorazepam. It will control limping and fine movement. Try to change your dexterity from right hand to left. With practice, you will become perfect on your left side.

After your query, i searched and read about adipose stem cell therapy. Ok, there are few good things about it. Let me tell you about those

- High Yield of stem cells: A high-dose of stem cells can be obtained in just a couple of hours.

- Mesenchymal stem cell yields from peripheral fat are much higher than from bone marrow.

- Receiving their own autologous cells, so there is a very low risk of immune rejection.

- A minimally invasive outpatient procedure makes it easier to harvest from fat than from bone marrow and more comfortable for patients.

But these are general advantages of adipose stem cells over fetal stem cells or bone marrow cells. The actual role in stroke patient is not established yet. The good thing about it, which can help you, is large volume of stem cell.

Larger amount increases chances of success. Rest is same as I mentioned in previous answer.

So, basically, if I read you right, with Adipose, more stem cels can be harvesting, putting the odds much more, or just a little more, in favor of going to where they need to go to repair stroke damage, albeit with still a chance of the body not accepting them.
