Brief Answer:
Gynecologist well versed with Laparoscopic removal of fibroids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your age-34 years - history of 7-8 fibroids - making periods heavy and painful - unmarried - hence advised against operation - as may want to get married and have babies in future - so confused - wants advise ...

You have very well put in the thoughts and the confusion which is very concerned.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:

Please post the report of your Ultrasound.
Please let me know whether you consulted 3 Gynecologists or family Doctors?
Since when have you got this problem?

With the advent of Laparoscopic surgery, it is now possible to remove the fibroids alone and to preserve the uterus as it may be needed in future.
A properly planned surgery can alleviate the problem of heavy, painful periods and also allow you to become pregnant in future if you wish to marry and get pregnant.
Only thing is that you have to find the Gynecologist who is well trained and experienced in such surgeries. He/She shall examine you, get he clinical evaluation, do the examination, ask for relevant investigations and go ahead with the Laparoscopic removal of fibroids.

I hope this answer helps you in decision making and getting properly treated as per your wish.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that thre ia gap of communication.
