Suggest Treatment For Fever, Nausea And Ingrown Hairs In Vaginal Area
Question: I have nausea, a fever, and some ingrown hairs in my vaginal areas that have turned into painful cysts. This has been going on for 6 days. Should I consult my primary care doctor Monday. It is a low grade fever.

In my opinion you need to consult your Family/PCP doctor.
This is because it is getting complicated with Motrin for fever and is not responding any more with it.
Investigation Plan-
I would suggest to get your Complete Blood Test with Blood Sugars by FBS(Fasting Blood Sugar) and PPS(Post-prandial),as you 41 yrs of age.
Treatment Plan-
Take enough fluids and bland diet.
Under guidance of your PCP,
Take Anitbiotics to control Infection.
Confirm cause of the Vaginal Cyst-?Infected Hair follicle/Acne Cyst/Bartholins Cyst.
To avoid its recurring attacks,plan Surgeon's opinion for planned Surgical Excision
if need be,with the guidance from your PCP doctor.
