By your history and description, possibility of viral bronchitis is more likely.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
3. Start levocetrizine and paracetamol combination twice daily.
Usually this kind of infection is selflimiting in 1 weekend time.
If not improving after 1 weekend then consult pulmonologist for bronchitis treatment.
Another possibility is simple viral fever or malaria. For the diagnosis of malaria, you need blood report.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
