Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/51 - fever 100 - pain on right side - in line with belly button ...
Please give additional information:
Since when is the problem present?
Any urinary symptoms?
Any intestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, bloating, constipation or loose stools - color of stool, consistency, smell?
Any chills?

The pain on right side of abdomen in line with belly button with fever can be due to:
Urinary tract infection with or without a stone.
Colitis
Gall bladder and or liver inflammation when enlarged.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the urine, blood and urine tests: routine and additional as per the clinical evaluation.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
X-ray of the abdomen.
Clinical evaluation, examination by your Doctor preferably a General Surgeon.

All these things will give possible diagnosis and guide for any further investigations and proper treatment with antibiotic, symptomatic and supportive management.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to give feedback, ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
