Brief Answer:
Time duration can't be predicted.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Grade I fatty liver is not a disease and does not need treatment with medications if liver function tests are normal.(which are normal in your case).

The best method to treat fatty liver is exercise, weight loss and vitamin E. No definite time period is know but it takes at least 6 months for fatty liver to reduce.

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
walk, healthy diet, medication not needed

Detailed Answer:
Aerobic exercises are beneficial 30 to 40 min of brisk walk up to 4 times a week should be sufficient. Vitamin e is a good medication for fatty liver. Evidence supporting ursodeoxy cholic acid is not very strong but it can be used.( you don't need medications for fatty liver, medications are indicated only if shot and sgpt levels in blood are raised)
Fatty liver is not life threatening.
