Question: I am experiencing extreme fatigue, pain in between shoulders up to the base of the skull, and I am constantly hot, even in a 68 degree room. I am a 56 year-old female, 5'7", 215 lbs. Could just be menopausal symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Can be menopause or cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of fatigue and hotness could be related to menopausal symptoms. The pain between the shoulders that you have could be due to cervical spondylosis. It is best to consult an orthopedician for an examination and take a mild pain killer after meals till then. Doing a hot compress or a light massage will also help.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
