Brief Answer:
You can use decongestant eye drops for quicker symptomatic relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history and the previous question you had asked to Health care Magic.

The eye flu usually takes about 3-5 days to show improvement and sometimes the viral infections may take 2-3 weeks to show complete improvement.

Hence you need to use antibiotic eye drops as I mentioned in my previous answer.

However for quicker relief from redness you can use decongestant eye drops like ocurest eye drops.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
