Question: Extreme fatigue daily. No fever, no sore throat, could this be mono still? I am sleeping 11-13 hours a night & still experiencing fatigue during the day.

Brief Answer:
Tests

Detailed Answer:
When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC
Electrolytes
Calcium
HbA1c
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests
TSH
25 hydroxy Vitamin D

These tests are important to determine the cause of your symptoms.

For example, low hemoglobin ('anemia') or an under-active thyroid can cause fatigue and excessive sleepiness.
