Brief Answer:
Get evaluated for hyperthyroidism!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your symptoms fully. I will like that you get evaluated for a hyper functioning thyroid. This often presents with high blood pressure, fast heart rates and palpitation, excessive sweating, loose stools, weight loss, dizziness, etc. I recommend you get your TSH levels measured. This will be guiding and other decisions on whether to treat or investigate further would depend on the value.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
