Question: whenever weather changes i sneeze a lot, runny nose and watery eyes.
it happens almost every year with me.
what exactly it is and any cure for this.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having allergic rhinitis.
There is no permanent cure for it. You have to take precautions like proper clothing during change of seasons, washing of hands before eating.
You should also eat fresh fruits and vegetables to increase your immunity. Also drink lots of water daily.
You can take an antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day along with a Vitamin C supplement for decreasing the frequency and severity of the attacks.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning your further medical management.
