Brief Answer:
Need details...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sneezing, running nose and mucous are common secondary to allergies. I will like to know the following details before addressing your question:
1. Do you have fever, cough, headache, breathing difficulties and so on?
2. What medicines were prescribed the last month?
3. Do you have any specific allergies?

Looking forward to your details.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Find focus of allergies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are typical of allergies. Your previous ENT doctor's diagnosis is on similar lines. Therefore try and see if you have specific allergies. The common ones are dust and pollen grains. Some individuals have extreme sensitivity to cold air and a short exposure to AC trigger these symptoms.

The above list are my speculations of possible allergies. I suggest my patients to keep a diary. This might help you figure out allergies if any. Clinically allergen patch test performed at allergy clinic is useful to some extent in identifying allergens.

In the interim you may continue to use azemist or azelast nasal spray whenever you get the symptoms. Short duration of steroid nasal spray could be used if it becomes severe.

Permanent treatment is possible after identifying allergies and desensitisation. Alternatively you may try Ayurveda which claim to cure allergies with alternate treatment.

Hope this is informative and helpful.

Brief Answer:
Write down events to check for similarities...

Detailed Answer:
Writing down every day events especially the events before the symptoms develop is one non professional method I suggest to my patients dealing with allergies. A few individuals were able to recognize similarities between the episodes. Those could be the triggering factor or the allergens responsible.

Writing a diary thus could help.
