Question: Hello Doctor,

I am having gas issues during evening. During day time, it's all fine but in the evening and night, it becomes uneasy in the stomach and also embarrassing sometimes. What should I do and also what kind of food should I have during evening and night?

It looks like you have dyspeptic symptoms and acid reflux disease.

You can get relief by taking Iladac-L once a day before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, fatty food.
