Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia; Medical treatment as well as Hair Transplant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Images.
I can see that your anterior hair line has receded significantly exposing an area of baldness at frontal scalp.
Also there is thinning at mid scalp and crown part of the scalp.

You have androgenetic alopecia.
In androgenetic alopecia there is miniaturization of androgen dependent hair follicles i.e thinning of hair under influence of circulating testosterone.
It manifests as receding anterior hair line and widening and deepening of angles of anterior hairline.
In androgenetic alopecia hair loss occurs in a pattern i.e mainly from the center part of scalp i.e front, mid and vertex.
This type of alopecia is genetically determined and is quite common in males. There is usually a family history of similar patterned hair loss in father, brother or cousins.

Topical 5% Minoxidil solution and Oral finasteride are US FDA approved medical remedies for androgenetic alopecia.
Goal of medical treatment is to arrest further progression and reverse early hair loss.
Therefore early the therapy is initiated better the long term outcome.

However, in your case medical treatment alone will not regrow hair at anterior hair line since you anterior hair line has receded already.
Medical treatment will only preserve existing hair in mid scalp and vertex part of the scalp.

Therefore, ideally the best approach for you would be to start medical treatment as well as also consider a Hair transplant. Together these would produce desired results.
Hair transplant would help recreate anterior hair line whereas medical treatment would prevent further progression.

Topical minoxidil ad Oral finasteride are prescription medications.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful and also inquire about hair transplant.
