And sometimes it gets erected and intercourse started but ejaculation is not happened even after a long duration of intercourse. These all happens during doing sex after waking up from sleep may it be in the early morning or in the afternoon.

Though during masturbation it gets erected as usual and semen comes out in normal. Moreover, sometimes in the early morning the penis get erected when some urge comes in mind. One more thing during watching adult movies it passes responses and gets erected gradually in touching or rubbing.

Brief Answer:
Provide additional information and behavioral therapy will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Since when you are facing this issue?
Are you married? Or since when you are in relationship? Is it a recent one?
Are you stressed about something in your life? That may also affect your performance.

I see that you are 41 years old and so the cause of ED in someone your age may be more psychological than physical (as opposed to someone with ED who is in their 60s).

If you have no erectile dysfunction when you masturbate and only when attempting intercourse, then you may want to consider some behavioral techniques - which don't have side effects like the medications can. Behavioral techniques focus on decreasing performance anxiety and increasing intimacy.

Also it is advisable to decrease masturbation to pornography if you do (which creates unrealistic standards and immediate gratification) and avoid masturbation in general for a day or two prior to attempts at intercourse. For awhile, you may want to limit sexual activity to foreplay and mutual masturbation with your partner, to decrease performance anxiety. For further techniques, you may want to see a behavioral therapist who specializes in sexual dysfunctions.

I would also suggest you not to take any medication without consulting your local doctor.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

Hi Doctor,

I have been facing the issue since last two weeks. I am married for last 10 years but off-late, intercourse with my spouse not happened frequently that happened twice / thrice in a month. Yes, I agree that the urge on both side in intercourse at present is not like what we had at the beginning of our marriage. It has been reduced due to probably come common boredom but it must not reflect on ED.

Yes work pressure sometimes create fatigueness and due to heavy hot weather in summer. Moreover, feeling tiredness.

Do I need to get some energy medicine?

Please advice considering all above.
